Customer Relation Management:

  • Heading CRM Dept. – Customer interaction Post sales
  • Booking processing – upload software (system) and documentation
  • Solving client’s queries, taking necessary approvals wherever required from the management in critical cases by providing proper case history
  • Walk in customer – attend and resolve queries
  • Maintain Clients data project wise in ERP and physical records (filing and Data in PINGA ERP)
  • MIS report
  • Website – updation of current status as per site reports.
