Description

Skills Required : Should have exposure to distributors in international market specifically ethnic products with experience of handling distributor – retail international sales. Result oriented with ability to achieve primary sales target by driving the secondary sales of distributor. Candidate should have overseas visit and sales experience. Should have good understanding of export documentation & procedures. International sales & marketing experience in food industry is a must.

 


Preference for person:
1. Having handled distributor – retail sales in USA & Canada
2. Skills & expertise to activate sales from retail outlets through planning and execution of BTL activities
3. Ability or experience to do merchandising & wet sampling as and when required
          *10 YRS. BUSINESS VISA OF USA IS A MUST


Roles and Responsibilities : USA & CANADA MARKET


1. Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets
2. Monitor & analyze secondary sales of distributor periodically and work out schemes & promotions for the retailers in consultation with the distributor.
3. Assess the ATL/BTL requirement of the distributor and budgeting & execution of the same.
4. Will be required to stay in USA for most part of the year with return to India intermittently for meeting Visa requirements. During the stay in USA, it will be required to take retail orders and forward to distributor, plan & execute BTL activities, book & execute wet sampling activities in retail outlets.
5. Prepare various sales reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis and submit to Export Head in India.
6. Assist in identification, short listing and finalizing new distributor in unrepresented areas of USA & Canada
7. Good understanding of export documentation, procedure and export logistics.
8. Checking stock & sales report of distributors on weekly & monthly basis for order planning
9. Payment follow ups with the distributors
