Conclusion- Ensure to be a part of annual business planning and projections for the various projects of the organization across the globe,Reviewing budget vs. actual costs and capitalization of rolled out sites after due provisions,Accounts payable, Inventory accounting, MIS & coordination with vendors & purchase group.
Responsible for managing of all accounting and finance functions that encompasses: a) Co-coordinating Statutory audit, Tax audit and compliances b) Fund Generation c) Finalization of Books of accounts of the various divisions of this Group d) MIS and Financial Reporting & Analysis e) Budgetary control, variance analysis and implement corrective actions. f) Receivable and Payable management g) Cash Flow management
Adhere to the key procedures of the GAAP Revenue recognition rules are strictly followed, tax compliance requirements are met and corporate accounting policies are followed
Responsible for preparing and filing statutory accounts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that they are completed in line with GAAP and corporate accounting policies are followed
Responsible to assist and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements closes and treasury operations as well as analyzing financial results
Actively involve in the preparation of fortnightly/monthly forecasts alongside the sales operations team, assisting in preparing sales comp plans, providing reports and participating in meetings
Ensure to be part in preparing annual budgets of the Group, and ensuring adherence to the budget.
Responsible for to be a part of liasioning and negotiating with Banks and Financial Institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities and get best deals for the entire locations of company and its projects
. • Responsible for liasioning with Income tax, customs, sales tax, RBI, Registrar of Companies, central excise, service tax and other regulatory authorities.
Responsible for Forex Management. • Responsible to handle customs Imports of capital machinery, Income Tax and Sales tax at corporate level and onsite level
Responsible for conceiving and structuring the Project and organizing the funds for the Project.
Responsible for dealing with large consortium of Bankers & Financial Institutions for the group totally
. • Responsible for structuring the project cash flows, resource allocation for each project to ensure better profitability and also Optimize the project deliverables to avoid time and cost overrun
. • Responsible to handle due diligence audits of financial institutions, Clarifications, justifications for appraisals of Banks and Financial Institutions.
Responsible for Risk Management of company across globe.
Ensuring that the information protection is commensurate with the risk and magnitude of harm resulting from the information’s compromise
Assessing the risk and magnitude of the harm that could result from the unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction of information systems under their control
. • Determining the levels of information security appropriate to protect information systems under their control.
Analyzing Capital Budget.
Reviewing budget vs. actual costs and capitalization of rolled out sites after due provisions.
Reviewing of Accounts payable, Inventory accounting, MIS & coordination with vendors & purchase group.
