•Approve Visual Merchandising plans and standards and ensure compliance, across all Stores.
•Guide Store Managers about product displays, product highlight areas, mannequin, positioning of signage, visuals, and layout plans etc.,
•Ensure store upkeep, aesthetics and customer friendly appeal at all stores.
•Arrange sales promotion activities and measure effectiveness of the same.
•Formulating business processes for enhanced revenue/ effective operations.
•Ensure Key Business Processes are well executed with 100% understanding & adherence,
•Oversee Mystery Shopping, Loss prevention and shrinkage control.
•Coaching of Zonal/Regional/Area/Store Heads.
•Lay down customer service norms and ensure adherence leading to improvement in C-Sat scores.
•Select & recommend high potential spots for expansion through new stores.
