Working on supply chain dashboards for spend analysis for better decision making & visibility.
Working to draft supply chain process from RFI (request for information) to RFP (request for proposal) to different type of negotiations required based on product to finally awarding business to vendors.
Set up process to review 360 D vendor performance management, evaluation & vendor relationship management.
Set up the process & to make a robust supply chain by avoiding disruptions in supply chain (TTR – Time to recover & TTS – Time to survive) & supply chain risk management(REI – Risk exposure index).
Vendor identification, qualification & on boarding.
Superior sourcing & Category management.
Working to reduce non value added activities across & mitigate cost implications in a futuristic approach.
Driving inventory management & write off management thru lean methodology
Working with supplier portal for faster order processing & visibility across.
