Ensure that all statutory requirements pertaining to Sales and Operation are complied with.
Ensure that Visual Merchandising is of the required quality and all fixtures are in working condition at all times with the conjunction of Visual Merchandiser.
Ensure the delivery of the desired level of consumer satisfaction.
Inventory management to ensure availability of relevant merchandise and services.
Provide accurate and timely information pertaining to sales, industry, and competition in the area for periodic reviews
Impart training to store staff and equip them with the skills to understand and fulfil consumer needs.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
