Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunity, setting the vision, implementing a go-to-market strategy, and transforming the business opportunity into profitable business.
Researching industry leaders relevant to the business, tracking industry trends and suggest business development plans.
Working closely with the top management, to develop robust plans.
Develops exceptional client relationships with an exemplary ability to partner and build winning alliances.
Building up brand and Corporate Relations by participating in the business development efforts.
Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve Business targets.
Work with the senior management to set the target agenda for business development team and underpin all sales initiatives with an appropriate program.
Writing, editing and producing marketing communications including intro presentations, mailers & business brochures along with designing team.
Close interaction with the Operations teams & other support functions to ensure delivery of technical proposals/ solutions as per agreed timelines.
Solution offerings and assist BD team with RFP and RFI.
Mentor and coach combining business acumen with leadership abilities to recruit, build, and retain top-performing teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

Overall 10-12 years of strong track record of dynamically managing client relationships to meet revenue and operational objectives with a minimum of 6-8 years’ business development experience in domestic market.
Excellent interpersonal and (internal and external) client-facing skills.
Possesses a natural leadership ability to influence, motivate, and propel people to succeed.
Marketing and program design experience in technology services and/or products.
Established analytical and reasoning skills required.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Effective business writing, pleasant telephonic etiquettes and presentation skills including building and delivering presentations to clients and employees with hands-on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of the technical (software and hardware) aspects of PC’s, mobile devices, networking, and other connected devices.
Entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a small company setting with a passion to grow with us.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher. MBA will be a plus.
